Cancellation policy: Attendees are entitled to a full refund if cancellation is requested before 22 April 2019, and 50% refund before the conference. No refund is available after 5 May 2019.

Student Travel Fund

MARBLE 2019 offers limited number of travel grants to the students who registered and co-authored an accepted paper in MARBLE 2019. To apply, please send the following to marble2019@imperial.ac.uk:

MARBLE 2019 registration confirmation, together with the accepted paper title
Proof of full-time student status
A reference letter from your supervisor

Visa Support Letters

MARBLE 2019 is able to provide visa support letters to attendees. If you need to request a visa support letter, please send your request to the local chair Dr. Ilias Kotsireas at ikotsire@gmail.com. Requests should include the following information:

First name (as it appears on your passport)
Last name (as it appears on your passport)
Mailing address
MARBLE 2019 registration confirmation
If you are the author of an accepted paper, please provide the title
The email address of where we can send the letter
Scanned copy of your passport
